PostHeaderIcon New Groups Start - Ennis & Galway

AnamAire extends the availability of its established personal development and emotional support group for men by launching a new group to commence running in Ennis, Co. Clare. This group shall run on Sunday evenings, from 7pm until 10pm, and for a period of 10 weeks commencing on Sunday April 18th 2010.

In addition, the men's support group which has been running in Galway City since April 2009 shall be commencing its new term on Monday April 12th 2010, also from 7pm until 10pm, and also for a period of 10 weeks.

Using a variety of well-grounded and humanistic techniques (including experiential body & breath work) these support groups facilitate their members to share their life experiences and express their emotional truths in a positive, safe and healing environment - thus enhancing or indeed commencing a process of revitalizing personal growth - leading to a greater sense of self-awareness, self-confidence and an improved self-esteem.

AnamAire is again delighted to offer opportunities to join this proven personal development and emotional support group for men. This group has been in existence - welcoming and supporting and empowering men - in Galway City - since April 2009.

In this ever changing modern society men are finding themselves stuck, displaced, unfulfilled, depressed, in shock and otherwise troubled: out of employment, out of a relationship, out of the home, out of the family - or perhaps more simply - out of alignment with their own authentic and personal potential.

Using a variety of well-grounded and humanistic techniques (including experiential body & breath work) this group facilitates its members to share their life experiences and express their emotional truths in a positive, safe and healing environment - thus enhancing or indeed commencing a process of revitalizing personal growth - leading to a greater sense of self-awareness, self-confidence and an improved self-esteem.

So, if you have an interest in working further on your own personal development - and/or - if you would like to engage authentically with supportive encouragement from your fellow male counterparts, then perhaps this group shall satisfy that need or desire in you. If the logistics of this particular group does not suit you currently then please do nonetheless register your interest - as future groups may be tailored according to your feedback.

Due to the positive feedback received from both past and present members of the existing Mens Support Group (running in Galway city since April 2009), coupled with what seems to be an eager demand for same, AnamAire has recently announced its intention to extend the availability of this service by facilitating the rollout of additional personal development and emotional support groups for men throughout the western province. Further details related to this rollout shall be published at a later date.
